Content Provider Agreement

This Content Provider Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Eugen Barcacianu, a Sole Proprietorship organized and existing under the laws of Romania, with its principal place of business at 12 Dimitrie Cantemir, Sibiu 550074, Romania ("Merchant"), and , a organized and existing under the laws of , with its principal place of business at ("Content Provider").

1. Overview

This Agreement governs the relationship between Eugen Barcacianu ("Merchant") and regarding the provision and upload of content, including but not limited to real-time/live streaming, to Merchant's website or platform.

2. Prohibited Activities

Content Provider agrees to refrain from engaging in any activity that is illegal or otherwise violates the Standards set forth by Merchant.

3. Consent Requirements

Content Provider agrees to obtain and maintain written consent from all persons depicted in the content, including but not limited to the following areas:

a. Consent to be depicted in the content.
b. Consent to allow for the public distribution of the content and to upload the content to Merchant's website or platform.
c. If the content will be made available for downloading by other users, consent to have the content downloaded.

4. Verification of Identity and Age

Content Provider agrees to verify the identity and age of all persons depicted in the content to ensure that all persons depicted are adults. Content Provider further agrees to maintain records of such verification and to provide supporting documents upon request by Merchant.

5. Term and Termination

This Agreement shall commence on the effective date and shall continue until terminated by either party in accordance with the terms herein. Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' written notice to the other party.

6. Miscellaneous

a. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Merchant and Content Provider concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

b. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania.

c. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

d. Assignment: This Agreement may not be assigned by either party without the prior written consent of the other party.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the Effective Date.
